When Wilma was growing up her dad worked for the railroad company, and she had a special love for trains since she was a little girl. As a kid, they use to take the train to the St. Louis Zoo. With help from the Harrison’s Crossing Health Campus team, she relived some of those childhood memories by taking a train ride and going to the St. Louis Zoo again. She was even able to experience this journey with her two daughters.

In 2022 the Foundation began a new fundraising program, Knock Out Hunger, to assist with food insecurity in our facilities. Funds raised through the Knock Out Hunger campaign are restricted for the Careshelf at each campus which provides an additional resource of food items to those struggling with food insecurity.
The emergency assistance program is available to eligible full-time and part-time employees who are in good standing and meet the need-based financial qualifications, and are experiencing financial hardship.
The employee and dependent scholarship programs are available to full-time and part-time employees of Trilogy Health Services and Synchrony Health Services who have completed at least six months of service, demonstrate financial need, and are in good standing with the company.
Through the Susan’s Savings First Time Home Buyers Program, funds you save via payroll deduction will be matched 2 to 1 by the Trilogy Foundation. Learn more about how the program works, and find out if you are eligible!
