Ms. Jo, a Trilogy employee of 19 years, is one of those people. Ms. Jo’s Stars are Trilogy employees who, like Ms. Jo, light up our lives with the love they share.

Ms. Jo, an employee of Trilogy Health Services for 19 years, is a much valued member of the Trilogy family. Her kind spirit and servant heart are an inspiration to everyone she meets. From life lessons to kind gestures, Ms. Jo always knows how to make people feel valued, respected, and loved.

Jennifer has been with Trilogy since 2011 — Jennifer started her career with Trilogy as an intern at River Point Health Campus in May of 2011. The staff soon saw her potential and hired her as a Life Enrichment Associate in July 2011. Jennifer worked full-time as a Life Enrichment Associate and Resident Care Associate for 2 years. In 2013, Jennifer became the Life Enrichment Director at Woodmont Health Campus. She worked in that position until March of 2016 when she was promoted to Customer Service Specialist at Woodmont. In October 2016, Jennifer became the Customer Service Representative at North River Health Campus. Jennifer remained in that position until September of 2017 when she moved into the Villa Lifestyle Director role here at North River.

Debbie has been with Trilogy Since 2009 — Debbie has been a Trilogy employee for 10 years and she is a CRCA on Assisted Living. She is happily married to her husband Ben Wheeler. They have no children, but she and her husband take care of their farm animals which she enjoys when she is not working at St. Andrews Health Campus. Debbie is a CRCA at St. Andrews Health Campus, where I (Barbara Schamer) am her Director of Health Services. Debbie is professional in all aspects, one that is organized and prepared. Debbie shows the ability to establish excellent rapport with many different coworkers. In addition, she is genuinely interested in helping others and provides excellent care in a consistently positive and skillful manner.

Debbie is well organized, task oriented and sensitive to the needs of her residents, and efficiently responds to their families. Debbie is consistent in her performance, enthusiastic, and responsible and in general cares for others. Debbie is able to strongly empathize with sick resident and their families, remaining calm herself, thinking clear, and rationally controlling her own emotions.

Debbie loves to help people and it shows every time she steps on Assisted Living hallway. I (Barabra Schamer) receive complements daily regarding the care and compassion Debbie provides daily. Families appreciate that Debbie allows their loved ones to take the lead on their own care and go at their own speed when it comes to dressing, toileting and dining assistance. Debbie goes out of her way to allow the resident feel independent. Debbie makes a difference every day to whomever she comes in contact with and she truly has a servant’s heart. A personal goal Debbie sets for herself daily is knowing when she goes home at the end of her shift, she feels fulfilled at making a difference in someone’s day.

Tara has been with Trilogy since 2015 — Tara has been working as a CRCA with Trilogy since 2015. She comes to work every day with a smile on her face. Tara loves our residents and it shows in everything she does.

Tara has been married to her husband, Andy, for 25 years. Together they have 2 children, Paige and Kody, who she is most proud of. Her hobbies include watching anything softball and going to the ocean. Her interests are spending time with her family making memories. She has always lived in Zanesville.

Tara was nominated for her exceptional care of residents and outstanding service.
