Trilogy Family,

We are excited about taking another step forward in our efforts to be a Great Place to Work FOR ALL and the best place you ever worked at the end of your career. As Leigh Ann spoke about last week in her video, we are inviting any and all employees interested in participating in a series of online Focus Groups to help us Connect; Engage; Discover; and Take Action.

First and foremost, we are committed to LISTEN to UNDERSTAND with the goal to gather information regarding each employee’s experience with respect to inclusion. Inclusive work settings are workplaces where;
• employees feel respected
• employees experience a sense of belonging
• employees are empowered to contribute to work processes
• employees have a fair chance of progressing their careers

We would like to invite you to take part in a focus group (small discussion group) on any of the following initial dates/times:
• Tuesday, June 23rd at 3pm
• Thursday, June 25th at 10am
• Saturday, June 27th at 1pm
• Monday, June 29th at 7pm

Each focus group will be limited to 25 employees to ensure the opportunity to participate – we will add additional focus groups as needed. All these Focus Group Meetings will be available via Zoom (online) or Phone. We will provide you the Zoom link and call-in phone number with your sign up. Each focus group should last no longer than one hour and will be led by an experienced facilitator and all discussions will be confidential. The focus group will provide an opportunity for you to share your thoughts, experiences, and suggestions about how we can further our goal to be a Great Place to Work FOR ALL. More background information will be sent to those confirming attendance before the focus group – via RedeApp, email, or text. If you would like to take part in the focus group on please let us know by completing the form at least 1 day prior to each session.
