The Trilogy Foundation seeks to provide support to employees in times of catastrophic events. A committee will review all requests for assistance. Awards are determined on a case-by-case basis.
Employees can receive either an Employee Scholarship (planning to go or currently in school) or Student Loan Repayment (graduated and not in school). An employee cannot be eligible for both program simultaneously. Only education programs that result in degrees are eligible for the Employee Scholarship.

This scholarship application is only to be used by employees on behalf of their dependents who are attending college.
At Trilogy, we believe in growing our employees. That’s why we offer a number of opportunities to further the careers of those employed at our campuses. Our Fast Track Apprenticeship Program gives full- and part- time employees the option to pursue certifications which will lead directly to promotions and wage increases. Currently we have two tracks: Nurse Aide and Culinary.
This certification is provided by Trilogy’s third party education partners. Each partner may have a different enrollment process. Each state has a different certification standard which an education partner based in that state will observe.
To qualify for this program you must be a full time employee and have worked with Trilogy Health Services, Paragon Rehabilitation, or PCA Pharmacy for the past 6 months.

The Trilogy Foundation Ambassador program offers leadership opportunities to anyone at a campus who wants to grow personally and professionally while supporting the ideals and campaigns of the Trilogy Foundation.
The Foundation Ambassadors are a group of volunteer leaders at each campus that will lead and promote Foundation campaigns. This group will meet regularly throughout the year to help plan and execute these exciting campaigns and events.

We want to help you with your health so you can help others with their health. So, we offer two health plans – a PPO and a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with a Health Savings Account (HSA). Essentially, we provide health insurance with pre-tax dollars and the opportunity to receive coverage for FREE when you earn the Wellness Rate. Plans include free preventive care, maternity support, disease management, health coaching, virtual visits and a 24-hour nurse line.
