When all courses in the Culinary Track are completed, you will have earned two nationally recognized certifications!

Total time: 16.5 Hours
Enroll in the Apprenticeship Program and complete coursework for Culinary 101. Once complete, you will see a pay increase of $0.25 per hour.
Complete coursework for Culinary 102 and complete Competency Checklist.. Once complete, you will see a pay increase of $0.25 per hour.
Please note that at this point, you will have earned one nationally recognized certification. You will now wait 30 days before you can begin to pursue Culinary 201 and 202.

By completing the Culinary Apprenticeship Program at Jefferson Community College you can earn 22 hours of college credit.
