Health Insurance & Health Savings Account

We want to help you with your health so you can help others with their health. So, we offer two health plans via United Healthcare – a PPO and High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with a Health Savings Account (HSA). That’s a lot of letters… trust us we know. Essentially, we provide health insurance with pre-tax dollars and the opportunity to receive coverage for FREE when you earn the Wellness Rate. Plans include free preventative care, maternity support, disease management, health coaching, virtual visits and 24-hour nurse line. Here’s the breakdown.

We have tried many times to make spousal coverage work for Trilogy. Truth is, we can’t. We don’t want to apologize for it or hide from it. We would simply like to explain why. And provide you and your spouse with resources to obtain the best possible health care.
