Qualify for free Trilogy Employee Health Insurance and/or Earn Go365 Bucks (all employees eligible)
Go365 is for all full-time and part-time employees, regardless if they select Trilogy’s medical insurance benefit. Register for Go365 online or download the Go365 app on your iPhone or Android device. Create your account by using your Go365 Registration ID Card. For issues with your Go365 account or ID card, please contact Go365 Customer Service at (800)-708-1105.
Log in to Go365 account and locate the Go365 Health Assessment on your dashboard. Select and take the Health Assessment and discover your virtual Go365 Age.
On-site biometric screenings will be held at all campuses during the month of February. Employees who are not able to attend their assigned campus screening may attend a screening at another campus or select the Offsite Screening option on the E-health site and complete the screening (which includes cotinine) at a local Labcorp facility. New employees and employees who did not complete a biometric screening on their campus during February may schedule a screening regardless of needing the screening for the 2018 Wellness Rate. The Choice Plan with Health Savings Account typically has a higher deductible with lower premiums. This means you pay only for the care you need, instead of fronting funds for a service you may not use. The Traditional Plan has a lower deductible, but higher premiums.
